Voxela Inc. is pleased to announce that its monitoring system "V-Care" has been certified under the "Nursing Care and Daily Life Support Robot Certification" program by the Kanagawa Welfare Service Promotion Association (a public interest incorporated association) and has received the official certification trophy.
This certification is awarded to products that meet specific standards following a comprehensive evaluation of their effectiveness and safety in the fields of nursing care and daily life support. The evaluation process includes document reviews and interviews conducted by the certification office, as well as a trial implementation and verification period at designated monitor facilities, culminating in a final decision on certification.
"VCare" successfully passed all stages of this rigorous evaluation process and has officially obtained the "Nursing Care and Daily Life Support Robot Certification."
Through this certification, "VCare" has been publicly recognized for its effectiveness and reliability as a monitoring support system in nursing care settings. By making product reliability more visible, the certification serves as a valuable reference for decision-making during adoption and contributes to increased trust among users.
In fiscal year 2025, "VCare" has also been adopted by facilities utilizing the Kanagawa Prefecture subsidy program for the introduction of nursing care robots and ICT. Deployment is further expanding across medical and nursing care settings through the use of subsidies and grants provided by local governments nationwide. Voxela aims to continue expanding adoption, starting with Kanagawa Prefecture and extending across Japan.
