- When VCare's AI camera detects an incident such as a fall, an AI-generated incident report is automatically pushed to Blue Ocean Note — eliminating manual data entry and dramatically reducing the time staff spends on documentation.
- Facility administrators can schedule Virtual Check-In windows, prompting staff to perform live-view room checks at designated times. Each check-in session is automatically logged in Blue Ocean Note with room name, user, date, time, and session duration — creating a complete, auditable night rounds record with zero manual input.
- Flexible live-view permission controls allow facilities to restrict general access to camera feeds while opening specific time windows for scheduled rounds, balancing privacy with oversight.
