Voxela Joins the SAFE Consortium by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare

We are pleased to announce that Voxela has officially joined the SAFE (Safer Action for Employees) Consortium established by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) in April 2025.

MHLW launched the SAFE Consortium in June 2022 to bring together companies and organizations actively promoting safer workplace environments. Its primary focus is on preventing and addressing common incidents such as falls and back injuries, which have increased both at workplaces and in daily life. By collaborating across industries and with consumers, the consortium aims to create safer, healthier, and more productive workplaces for everyone.

Voxela’s flagship AI-powered monitoring solution, VCare, directly aligns with the consortium’s core themes of fall prevention and injury reduction. Already implemented successfully in numerous healthcare and eldercare facilities, VCare significantly enhances safety and operational efficiency through its advanced AI camera technology. By proactively identifying potential incidents and reducing staff workload, VCare ensures safer, more comfortable environments for caregivers and residents.

As an active member of the SAFE Consortium, Voxela is committed to accelerating the adoption of innovative technologies in the healthcare and eldercare sectors. We remain dedicated to our “Make Aging Beautiful” mission, striving to deliver safe, high-quality care environments and improve quality of life for seniors, caregivers, and employees.
