Boutiques, Inc. runs CareTEX Osaka as part of Osaka Care Week '26, alongside Care Technology Osaka '26 and Healthcare JAPAN Osaka '26. The organizer calls this the biggest Osaka edition it has run, with roughly 190 companies exhibiting across the three shows. It describes CareTEX as one of the largest business-matching trade shows for the long-term care industry in western Japan.

At a rehabilitation hospital in Aichi Prefecture, night staff check a room from the live view and decide whether it needs a visit. In the hospital's own shift data, overnight room-visit time fell by an average of 44 minutes a day. The hospital has tracked falls on the floor where VCare is installed across three fiscal years, and the monthly average has declined in each year-over-year comparison.
In Osaka Prefecture, a residential care home runs VCare in part of the building, so the night staff can concentrate where help is most likely to be needed, without rebuilding the schedule.
In a staff survey at a private-pay senior living operator in Tokyo, which drew 143 responses, 45.8% reported gaining 30 minutes or more a day with residents, and 90.2% reported a lighter psychological burden.
