Sapporo makes five CareTEX shows for us this year, after Tokyo in February, Sendai in May, Fukuoka in July, and Tokyo again in August. Organizer Boutiques, Inc. says this is the largest Sapporo edition it has run, with roughly 85 companies exhibiting.
Japan revises its long-term care fee schedule every three years. The next revision comes in fiscal 2027, and what will be in it is still open. That leaves a stretch of months in which a facility can choose a system, install it, and have it working before the rules change, rather than scrambling afterward.
